NEURODIVERGENCE PROJECT

The neurodivergence project is currently an Instagram-based project covering neurodivergence, mental health and disability through the mediums of illustration and poetry. The aim is to explore different areas of these topics and to share helpful examples, and to support others dealing with similar challenges. The posts are informed by not only my own experiences but also by my formal studies in psychology and from CPD courses I take in neurodivergence and disability. The character is an illustrated caricature of myself, and I maintain a simple pastel colour palette for visual consistency and aesthetics.
It is my plan to eventually create a book full of these illustrations to be made available for purchase.
